2. Purpose and scope of the website

This website is informational. It presents the association's work in Uganda (Kikaya Medical Center and Bioksanland), our transparency documents and the ways to collaborate.

Through the website you can submit a membership application, a donation certificate request and a volunteering proposal. The site does not sell products or services, has no shop and no electronic contracting process.

Donations are made by direct bank transfer to the association's account; this website does not process payments.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the website is free of charge. Users agree to use the site lawfully, in accordance with this legal notice and in good faith, refraining from any use that could damage the site, disrupt its normal operation or harm third-party rights.

Information submitted through the forms must be truthful and up to date. Users are responsible for the data they provide.

Content is prepared with the greatest possible care, based on our annual activity reports and newsletters. Published figures are always labelled with the year they refer to.

The association cannot guarantee the absence of typographical errors or technical interruptions, and accepts no liability for damages arising from use of the published information, within the limits permitted by law.

The website may link to third-party sites (for example partner organisations, universities or video platforms). Those sites are outside our control and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We recommend reviewing them before providing any data.

Texts, photographs, videos, logos and other elements of this site belong to the association or are used with permission. Reproduction, distribution or modification for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
